At CAYA Studios, dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for brands that live in the now. Based in Amsterdam, we’re a young interdisciplinary team of thinkers and makers with roots in concept, art direction, spatial design, project management, and beyond.
In just the past year, our work has come alive in Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Lisbon, London, New York, and Zurich. From intimate dinners to large-scale pavilions, we create moments that bring people closer to the brands they love. what we do
We create MAGNETIC SPACES™ - places that pull people in, spark conversation, and leave lasting memories. Our work takes many shapes: parties, pop-ups, activations, launches, festivals, and immersive brand worlds. Some last a single night, others run for months - but all of them make culture tangible.
who you are
• You’re confident with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and AI tools like Midjourney, Sora, and Krea is a strong advantage.
• You have experience creating CI guides, graphics for spaces, branding.
• You have experience creating campaigns, content and visual assets for brands.
• You have experience in art direction and styling of spaces.
• You understand consumer journeys from online to offline and how to connect them through visual language.
• You at least 3 years of professional experience in the creative field and hold a degree in a design-related discipline.
• You have a degree in Visual Communication or alike.
• You bring experience in fashion, lifestyle, and experiential marketing.
• You understand modern culture and stay attuned to what’s shaping today’s world.
• You work in a structured, independent way while thriving in collaborative settings.
• You have a fearless attitude, know who you are, and value the differences that make people unique.
• You’re motivated to grow – professionally, creatively, and personally.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus as we collaborate daily with our global partner offices.
• You must be a resident of Amsterdam or have the legal right to live and work here.
