what we do
We build MAGNETIC SPACES for brands to draw their fans in. We design them to talk to their current ones and pull in new ones. Our spaces come is all sorts of shapes and sizes, and can last from one day to 6 months or more. Think parties, pop-ups, activations, pavilions, dinners, product launches and more.

what you'll do
In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting various aspects of Project Management:
Flawless Event Production: Actively contribute to the production of flawless events, demonstrating a strong operational focus and a hands-on attitude.
Timelines and Priorities: Assist in setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities for each project, ensuring efficient execution.
Branding Briefing Documents: Play a role in creating comprehensive branding briefing documents for events, contributing to the overall event strategy.
Client, Team, and Delegate Needs: Support in managing and interpreting the needs of clients, teams, and delegates throughout all project phases, from pre-event planning to onsite and post-event activities.
Purchase Orders and Invoices: Assist in creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and contribute to the precise processing of invoices.
Onsite Schedules and Documents: Contribute to the preparation of onsite schedules and working documents, facilitating smooth onsite operations.
Larger Project Support: When involved in larger projects, actively record and communicate planning updates to the Project Lead/Account Director during the delivery phases.
