As the day drew to a close, we gathered for a chef’s table dinner hosted by our in‑house neighbour, Willem Dutilh of The Snorks . It was a fitting end to a day surrounded by the people who make CAYA what it is.

CHANEL BRINGS BEACH IN
GRAND PALAIS

Chanel transformed the Grand Palais into a hyper-real seaside escape, complete with sand, waves, and couture-clad lifeguards. Karl Lagerfeld delivered a runway set so immersive it made Paris disappear, utterly unforgettable.

An all-metal environment unfolded, where aluminium walls and falling slime shaped a fluid, futuristic space. The set mirrored the collection’s idea of absolute bodily freedom, architecture in motion, striking, visceral, and impossible to ignore.

LUNAR DELIVERY

A lunar landscape set the stage, dominated by a monumental metallic sphere. Between gravity and futurism, the set transformed the runway into an otherworldly moment.

A landscape of contrasts took shape as colors, textures, and sensations intertwined in constant tension. Faux fur and marble merged into a tactile and emotional space where opposites met, dissolved, and redefined freedom.

In front of the Centre Pompidou, a monumental board-game runway unfolded, where fashion moved across a life-sized Snakes and Ladders grid. Blending Indian craftsmanship with Louis Vuitton codes, the set became a powerful stage for culture, ritual, and contemporary menswear.

STUDIO STORE

In a former 1878 apothecary in Copenhagen, original cabinets and worn pine floors meet pale chalk walls and sculptural modern pieces. A royal-blue ceiling mural watches over rooms that feel part gallery, part perfectly ordered home.

The recovered stone from Montjuïc rises in fountain-like basins where water and soap become the centrepiece of the space. Weathered blocks, carved and perforated by time, frame the hand washing ritual as both architecture and ceremony.

LONDON

Diptyque unfolds across three floors like a Parisian collector’s apartment, with candles, curiosities and illustrated scent libraries layered room by room. In a marble-lined bathroom, soaps and lotions take centre stage, turning the wash space into a sanctuary of steam and scent.

Inside a 145-year-old townhouse in Kyoto, Le Labo settles into weathered timber, bengara reds and pine-soot blacks. Antique Japanese cabinets and vintage Western lamps frame counters of soap and scent, where bottles are filled like apothecary rituals.

NEW YORK

A cork arch carved with diamond motifs stretches the length of the boutique, forming a textured portal of heritage and craft. Within its alcoves, vividly wrapped soaps sit like collectibles, while a monolithic Estremoz marble basin turns handwashing into a sculptural ritual.
